Magnifico apartamento situado em plena Eixample de Barcelona. Muito amplo e luminoso. É distribuido pelas seguintes divisões: Sala de estar exterior, Sala de refeições, cozinha, 2 casas de banho completas com banheira e tres quartos com camas de casal (colchões de latex). Todos os acabamentos são de aluminio (hermético) com vidro “Climalit” para isolamento exterior térmico e acústico. Trata-se de um apartamento com uma área de mais de 110 m2. A Plaza de España está a 10 minutos a pé, e a 15 minutos da Zona Universitária, com bons acessos através de autocarro e metro a dois minutos de La Gran Via. Está inserido numa zona de grande oferta de restaurantes e comercio, e de fácil deslocamento a qualquer zona de Barcelona.

The apartment was situated in a great area, lots of shops and metro just round the corner.The apartment was very clean and all bedrooms had a balcony which was very good.

The only comment was that work was being done during our stay all day in the above flat.But I would recommend tha flat because it is in central and easy to reach, easy to go around. Anna & Mario Calleja Malta
