Localizado na área mais bonita da cidade, perto da Casa da Opera e dos jardins do Palácio Real, fica a 5 minutos da Gran Via que é o centro de entretenimento e comercial de Madrid.
Fica no quinto andar (com elevador) e oferece uma excelente luminosidade. O apartamento acabou de ser renovado, preservando os tectos altos de origem na sala de estar. Tem uma cozinha completamente equipada, dois quartos com camas duplas, uma sala de estar muito espaçosa com uma sofá cama duplo e uma casa de banho.
Existem duas estações de metro nas imediações, Opera e Callao, autocarros e estações de táxis. A área oferece também atracções culturais como lojas, bares, restaurantes e bastante vida nocturna.

We were very satisfied with the appartment and we enjoyed the roof-terrace. The appartment is situated in a very fine and central place near Plaza Oriente, Sol and Plaza Mayor.

This apartment is centrally located and is within walking distance to the Metro and Plaza Sol. The Opera is also located within the same block as well as the Palace. Good assistance provided for check-in and check out. Accessibility from airport to apartment is one hour on the Metro and thirty minutes by taxi.

Fantastic space. Very comfortable for two adults and two adultish children. Great location. Top floor of five storeys with a large open air balcony!!!!

The apartment was exactly as represented on the website. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything. We loved the terrace. Enjoyed having breakfast out there in the mornings and drinks at night. We would recommend your service to anyone.
