The apartment was cold and there was little space to hang washing. But overall it was clean and tidy, and the location is very good for both central Barcelona and access to the Metro system. Easy check-in and check-out.

Perfect location,close to sights of interest, close to metro station, nice area. The appartment was very comfortable for 6 persons and has many facilities. Satisfactory clean appartment, need some more care with the kitchen equipment.

The the good service contributed to a great holiday

We enjoyed the apartment at 5 Balmes very much it is a great location close to shops, gym and restaurants.

Could I recommend that had we had a few electrical appliances our stay would have been alot easier. A kettle or jug in the kitchen and a vacuum cleaner as the apartment gets quite dusty.

Other than those few things it was great.

We had a fantastic time. Very great value, considering the excellent location.

This is a wonderful apartment. It is close to everything-metro, buses, & walking. It is very comfortable,fully equipped and tastefully furnished. The service given to us was outstanding. Matt was there when we arrived, with keys and directions for using the appliances. Because we had to leave at 4:00 AM, he arrived the night before to check us out- and even helped us by making a call to have a taxi pick us up in the AM. The office sent maintenance out immediately when we called regarding a problem in one of the bathrooms. We were absolutely delighted with their response and their service to us. I highly recommend both this apartment and this agency. Thank you, Rent4days. We shall certainly use you again.

Nous sommes parti de novembre à decembre 2009. C'est un appartement sympa pour 1,2 voir 3 personnes. Niveau confort, le seul point faible c'est la douche qui n'a pas un debit trés fort, c'est un peu galere pour se laver; hormis ça, l'appartement est propre et reste correcte. La description du site sur rent4days.com est fiable, pas de surprise. D'ailleurs on a fait l'erreur d'acheter de quoi nettoyer l'appartement (balai, seau, eponge neuve, liquide vaisselle, lessive,...) mais il ya des tout sauf que c'etait bien caché donc n'hésiter pas a fouille partout.
Niveau situation géographique, l'appartement est bien placé, a 5 min. à pied de la plaça Espana et des métros, et dans un quartier calme avec accés a differents services ( banque, petit bar/restaurant, supermarché, tabac, ...)
Le service telephonique rent4days est trés bien, si vous ne parler pas trés bien l'espagnol, ils essayent de trouver quelqu'un qui parle francais si besoin, franchement pas deçu du tout.

If you are able to provide internet with the WIFI connection it would have been much more comfortable to any body. This I want to suggest. Apart from this I had a very pleasent stay in the apartment and I definitely suggest for my colleagues who are travelling in the future. Highly appreciated with your service.
