Everything was excellent from the staff of Rent4days, to the concierge staff at the building, everyone was very friendly and attentive.

december-january 2011/12 enjoying comfort and prestige of the Gracia
district.

Most of Barcelona's points of interests (Sagrada familia, Plaza Catalunya, Rambla, passeige de Gracia, casa Mila) are just in 5-15 minutes walk from the appartment, good supermarket is on a neighbor street and few nice restaurants are around. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy fresh foodstuffs from Bocceria and other city markets. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms let us to feel comfortable with rather big company - there were 4 persons, and there were no inconveniences with that. It was a winter, but the heating was working just fine. This is a very good place for the rest
with family or friends!

Also de supervisor of the Repair and Maintenance Dept. were very efficient and respectful handlying the emergency due to the washer.
There weren't sufficient kitchenware.

We had a problem with the safe box and the costumer service was very reactive and even the owner came inmediatly and the problem was fixed in a reasonable time.

"customer service" : il manque (par exemple) 1 torchon pour s'essuyer les mains dans la cuisine.

Buena ubicación, muy luminoso, limpio y un trato correcto con el chico de la agencia. Solo un poco deficiente el menaje de cocina. Le faltan, entre otras cosas, un par de sartenes grandes.Un piso que, en líneas generales, consideramos muy recomendable.

Fazit: Tolles Apartment - aber nicht ganz billig.
Anmerkung: Leider waren nicht alle Vormieter ordentlich mit dem Apartment umgegangen (Flecken Stuhlstoff, Kratzer Laminat, Flecken an der Wand - alles nicht schlimm fällt halt auf); Kein German TV

Solamente deciros que una de las camas de matrimonio estaba hundida y crujía mucho cuando dormías.

The building is old but with very good maintenance with a beautiful old elevator. Inside the apartments is good with all the electrical appliances machines work. The customer service is good. The only bad think is the bed. Too hard bed…if the bed was good I think the apartment is perfect
