We had to check out early Monday, May 20th, to catch our plane and Rosa came very early to accommodate us as we left a cash deposit and it was really appreciated. I put Bad in one category and the reason why is that we had a power outage due to a blown out fuse at 11pm. We had no electricity, couldn't see anything, no phone in the apartment. Thanks to an iPhone app, we managed to find where the fuses were and reset the whole thing. We only had lights and air conditioning on and once we plugged in the iron, then came the power outage. These things happen and I would go back to the same place and definitely recommend the place to anyone I know. The location is good, I would recommend it as I said but I would also advise people that on week ends, it can get extremely noisy, beer cans all over the street, drug smell, people screaming and lying down just in front of the building's front door. I still consider it a good location despite what I just wrote, close to everything. Again, thanks to Rosa.

Excellent area of Madrid to hang out. Near two Metro stops, so easy to get to places around Madrid.

The Tribunal apartment was very enjoyable. It is a small efficient apt well located. Everything in the apt. worked well. The apt. is on the third floor and there is only occasional street noise. The view from the balcony is good. There are several tapas bars nearby along with restaurants. There is a small grocery and a large grocery within two blocks of the apt. There are several ATM machines within easy walking distance. The subway is located nearby and is convenient. The Dos de Mayo square is one block away and has several open air cafes and many shops around the square. The square stays busy until late on Friday/Saturdays nights. Our contact person, Jocobo was friendly, punctual, and spoke good English when needed. He arranged for a cab to meet us on our departure day. A very positive stay and would recommend the apt and rent4 days. James & Karen Craig.
