Situato a lato della spiaggia e del famoso Paseo Joan de Borbón, da dove si può raggiungere il porto di Barcellona e il Maremagnum, vicino a Villa Olímpica e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal quartiere del Born, il quartiere Gótico, e Las Ramblas. Circondato da ristoranti e bar. Luogo idoneo per visitare la città di Barcellona.

Ben collegato con metro e autobus e vicino all'autobus turistico. 

Esistono parcheggi pubblici nei dintorni dell'appartamento a diverse tariffe.

Apartments are very good quality, bright and comfortable studio. Apartments are very convenient location relative to the beach for 2-3 minutes, and the city center. Thank staff (manager Paul) Good staff attitudes, operatino resheyut all tasks associated with any inconvenience (breakage soul - fixed the same day). I would recommend to all my friends and acquaintances in Russia.
