Good point to start sightseeing Barcelona.
Apartment is perfect (130 sqm). We slept well, we cooked well and we had eveything we needed.
The biggest disadvantage in apatment - we missed the WiFi (it is not possible to plan for tomorrow's tour), but that was the only minor thing.
It was actually nice and big us I had expected after looking at the pix on the site.
Very nice and cosy apartment at a reasonable price.

It's in a great location and provided every thing we needed and more. I would highly recommend an upgrade in linens however. The bath towels, dish towels, and bed linens were quite thin and much too worn. It would be nice to have face cloths/wash cloths as well as the hand and bath towel. A bath mat is also in need as the bathroom floor gets wet with every shower. One other recommendation would be to at least have one roll of toilet paper available on check in. The rent4days staff was very friendly, professional, easy to work with, and accommodating from the initial booking right through to the check out. Christian was available to us on our timeline and that was very much appreciated. I work in the travel industry and will most definitely recommend rent4days to anyone who may be visiting Barcelona. Thank you.

Quiet building, mostly offices. Lift. Looks just like in the pictures, all furniture in good condition, even the bed was good. Would rent again and recommend for couples.

We didn't get the apartment I tried to book at first, so the agency recommended us this apartment, and managed the whole process smoothly and service-mindlessly. Baby cot was first missing, but it was delivered first thing on the next morning. We arrived late in the evening and left early on the morning, but there was no problem with that.

The apartment was fine for a city break but the kitchen was really not suitable if you are planning to do any cooking as there was no preparation area. It was also interesting for us to stay in a different part of Barcelona, we normally stay in or around the gothic quarter. The local bars and restaurants were of good quality and the metro was a very short walk from the apartment. It was a little too early in the year to enjoy a swim in the sea, but would keep the location in mind for future visits.

december-january 2011/12 enjoying comfort and prestige of the Gracia
district.

Most of Barcelona's points of interests (Sagrada familia, Plaza Catalunya, Rambla, passeige de Gracia, casa Mila) are just in 5-15 minutes walk from the appartment, good supermarket is on a neighbor street and few nice restaurants are around. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy fresh foodstuffs from Bocceria and other city markets. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms let us to feel comfortable with rather big company - there were 4 persons, and there were no inconveniences with that. It was a winter, but the heating was working just fine. This is a very good place for the rest
with family or friends!
