Ce superbe appartement se situe dans le même immeuble dans lequel a vécu et est mort l'auteur de "Don Quichote", Miguel de Cervantes.
Il se trouve dans un quartier où ont vécu de nombreux écrivains connus des XVIéme et XVIIème siècles tels que Lope de Vega et Carpio qui demeurait alors au n·11 dans la rue Cervantes.
Cet appartement se situe dans le quartier Las Cortes, où vous trouverez à quelques pas les Musées du Prado, reina Sofía et Thyssen-Bornemisza, au sein de l'axe piétonnier de Paseo de Recoletos-Palacio de Oriente qui vous emmènera jusqu'à la Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Opera et Plaza de Oriente devant le Palais Royal.Le quartier de Las Letras, également connu comme étant le quartier des Ecrivains et des Muses.
Il correspond du point de vue administratif à la partie sud du quartier de Las Cortes, situé dans l'arrondissement Centre.

Very very cool apartment in old town district, at home, in which he lived centuries before Cervantes:)
Close to subway, popular Museums (Prado, Reina Sofia or Thyssen-B). Close to many bars, tapas, 5 minutes from the apartment is located the Santa Ana Square where is a lot of pubs.
Bedrooms have windows overlooking the courtyard so is quietly and calmly. Equipment of dwelling without problems.
Generally I would very recommend this apartment to anyone, especially those who are travelling in a group of friends and actively spend their time in both day and night.
Note: at the nearby station of Atocha is renovation of storage of luggage, forcing us to walking after the town of carrier bags until our evening flight. Renovation of storage of luggage is not responsible of rent4:) but if it was no other reservations on the day of our departure, had been allowed us to leave bags in the apartment (after check out - 11:00)would be ideal.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. Very close to all the sights we wanted to see, very quiet. Will definately stay here again. Did not want to leave!
