This sunny apartment has recently been refurbished and sleeps up to three people. It contains different but integrated areas: the sleeping area, with a double bed; the living-dining area with a sofa bed, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen and terrace. The total surface area is 50m2.
This central apartment is located within ten minutes of Barcelona’s beaches and the famous and lovely Ciutadella Park. There is a public and supervised car park ten minutes walk from the flat, which costs 15 to 20 euros a day.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 34,8% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
