This apartment was recently totally restored, conserving the original and classic characteristics of an apartment in the Eixample area.
It contains:

- Lounge-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is located on the outside of the building and is isolated against noise. The apartment is found on the corner of Rambla Catalunya and Aragon. It is very close to Gaudi’s Pedrera and Casa Batlló, near to all main art galleries of the city, and next to Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona’s most luxurious shopping street.
The Aragon-Rambla Catalunya apartment is situated in the Eixample district, considered for a long time the centre of Barcelona, because of its geographic location and for being the most important business, economical and shopping district of Barcelona. The Passeig de Gràcia, which starts at Plaça Catalunya, is the most elegant avenue of Barcelona, where almost every great designer has its own store, such as Gucci, Armani, Hugo Boss, etc.
Furthermore, the street houses some of Antoni Gaudí´s masterpieces, like La Pedrera (also known as Casa Milà) and Casa Battló. The Eixample, sometimes also referred to as the Gold Square (Cuadrado de Oro) contains the greatest amount of modernist buildings of the city of Barcelona. The Eixample district is divided in two, the Eixample Dreta (right side – containing Gaudí´s renowned Sagrada Família and la Pedrera) and Eixample Esquerra (left side – connecting the Eixample area with the Sants-district), taking the Passeig de Gracia as the border line between the two areas.

Perfect location,close to sights of interest, close to metro station, nice area. The appartment was very comfortable for 6 persons and has many facilities. Satisfactory clean appartment, need some more care with the kitchen equipment.

This is a wonderful apartment. It is close to everything-metro, buses, & walking. It is very comfortable,fully equipped and tastefully furnished. The service given to us was outstanding. Matt was there when we arrived, with keys and directions for using the appliances. Because we had to leave at 4:00 AM, he arrived the night before to check us out- and even helped us by making a call to have a taxi pick us up in the AM. The office sent maintenance out immediately when we called regarding a problem in one of the bathrooms. We were absolutely delighted with their response and their service to us. I highly recommend both this apartment and this agency. Thank you, Rent4days. We shall certainly use you again.
