A basic apartment, ideal for students, located in the old city centre, Ciutat Vella, adjacent to Plaza Sant Jaume. The flat is located just 5 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the Picaso Museum, and a 10 minute walk to the beach.This flat can accomodate up to five persons and is divided into the following spaces: a living-dining area furnished with a double sofa bed, side tables, and shelves; an american kitchen with a television; individaul bedroom with a bed, closet and night table; a medium bedroom with two single beds, night table and closet. There are two complete bathrooms. Air-conditioning. There isn´t much natural light. The total floor area is 45m2. There is a public and supervised car park ten minutes walk from the flat, which costs 15 to 20 euros a day. To our valued client, Rent4Days wishes to advise you that the facade of the building is currently being renovated. Please take into account that it might cause some inconvenience but does not impede access to the entrance of the apartment.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 34,8% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
