A basic studio ideal for students, located in the old city centre. This flat sleeps up to three people and is divided into the following rooms and spaces: one living room (double sofa bed and individual sofa bed) with integrated kitchen, and one bathroom. There isn´t much natural light. The total surface area is 30m2.
The flat is located just a five-minute walk away from the Cathedral, and a ten-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, the Picasso Museum and the beach. There is a public and supervised car park ten minutes walk from the flat, which costs 15 to 20 euros a day.
Dear client, Rent4Days wishes to advise you that the facade of the building is currently being renovated. Please take into account that it might cause some inconvenience but does not impede access to the apartment.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 34,8% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
