Description
Economic and basic studio, located in the old city centre. Can sleep up to two persons.
The flat is divided into the following rooms and spaces:
- Living room (twin beds and a sofa).
- Integrated kitchen.
- Bathroom.
There isn´t much natural light. The total surface area is 30m2. The flat is located just a five-minute walk away from the Cathedral, and a ten-minute walk from , the Plaza Catalunya, the Picasso Museum and the beach. There is a public and supervised parking ten minutes walking from the flat, which costs 15 to 20 euros a day.
Currently, there are works on the stairs.
The Argenter 5-2 apartment is located in the Borne district, which is a part of the La Ribera quarter, where you will find one of the most impressive buildings of the Catalan gothic architecture in Barcelona, the Church of Santa Maria del Mar. Behind the church starts the Montcada street, with lots of old palaces, museums (like for instance the Picasso Museum, the Museum of Textile, etc.). The Palau de la Música, an extravagant mixture of sculpture, mosaic, glass and tile, is also located in the Borne area. Especially during last year, the Born Quarter has been transformed into a modern and fashionable place, full of live during day and night with its stylish designer shops, its art galleries, its trendy bars and modern restaurants
