An attic, with a capacity for 4 persons, located in the heart of Barcelona, perfect for an enjoyable visit with family or friends. The flat is located on the fourth floor, with a lift, in a building representative of the typical style of "eixample de Barcelona". It is fully refurbished, respecting the design of the era.
It is a bright, comfortable and functional apartment with parquet flooring, air-conditioning and heating, "wifi" internet connection and fully furnished to guarantee an unforgettable stay. It has a 55sqm terrace.
We want you to savor the rich culture of our cosmopolitan city, its varied gastronomy and indescribable architecture: the imprints of varios cultures passing the city through its port over centuries. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, near Arco del Triunfo, Parque de la Ciudadela, Plaza de Cataluña, Ramblas de Barcelona, and adjacent to the maritime area (port vell).
It is easily accessible by public transportation and very well communicated with the rest of the city. The area used to be the commercial center for sugar wholesalers and warehouses for textile products and other small businesses in the city and neighboring areas. The apartment is located in the Eixample-district. It can be said that the district of the Eixample (or “El Ensanche”, like this district is called in Spanish) is the centre of Barcelona, because of its geographic location and for being the most important business, economical and shopping district of Barcelona. The Passeig de Gràcia, which starts at Plaça Catalunya, is the most elegant avenue of Barcelona, where almost every great designer has its own store, such as Gucci, Armani, Hugo Boss, etc. Furthermore, the street houses some of Antoni Gaudí´s masterpieces, like La Pedrera (also known as Casa Milà) and Casa Battló. The Eixample, sometimes also referred to as the Gold Square (Cuadrado de Oro) contains the greatest amount of modernist buildings of the city of Barcelona. The Eixample district is divided in two, the Eixample Dreta (right side – containing Gaudí´s renowned Sagrada Família and la Pedrera) and Eixample Esquerra (left side – connecting the Eixample area with the Sants-district), taking the Passeig de Gracia as the border line between the two areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It's in a great location and provided every thing we needed and more. I would highly recommend an upgrade in linens however. The bath towels, dish towels, and bed linens were quite thin and much too worn. It would be nice to have face cloths/wash cloths as well as the hand and bath towel. A bath mat is also in need as the bathroom floor gets wet with every shower. One other recommendation would be to at least have one roll of toilet paper available on check in. The rent4days staff was very friendly, professional, easy to work with, and accommodating from the initial booking right through to the check out. Christian was available to us on our timeline and that was very much appreciated. I work in the travel industry and will most definitely recommend rent4days to anyone who may be visiting Barcelona. Fabulous apartment and right in the centre. Outdoor terrace is amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Appartement très agréable et terrasse très grande et appréciable.
L'appartement est trés bien situé à proximité des transports en commun.
Il manque juste un lit double à la place des lits simples et des chaises longues sur la terrasse :)
