Description
A sunny and very attractive apartment located in Sant Gervasi, near the lovely district of Gracia. The flat was completely refurbished in 2006. Can sleep up to four people
It is divided into the following rooms and spaces:
- Two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with a single bed)
- One bathroom (shower, wash basin and toilet)
- One smaller bathroom
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Large living room (with sofa-bed, table and four chairs)
- Lovely large terrace.
The total surface area is 75m2, not including the terrace. This apartment is one of five in the same building which creates a great option for groups of up to 21 people. The neighborhood is safe and offers a large variety of boutiques, restaurants and bakeries. It is close to Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, one of the most elegant shopping and business areas in Barcelona. All the famous international brands have their boutiques located near the apartment. The metro station is only a two-minute walk away and just two stops from Plaza Cataluñya, the centre of Barcelona. There is a public and supervised parking ten minutes walking from the flat, which costs 15 to 20 euros a day. The Balmes 3 apartment is situated in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district, an affluent residential area with numerous parks and green zones, combined with prestigious educational and health centres. It is Barcelona's main point of access to Collserola Park, the most important green area of the city. Today, Sarrià combines corners that are still reminiscent of its former rural village status, especially around calle Major de Sarrià, with the city's modern areas and the wide arteries. Specific point of interest is the Pedralbes Monastery, a magnificent church and monastery ensemble built in 1327, that has a splendid, three-storey cloister.

We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and the apartment in Carre de Balmes was a key to the success of our vacation. Well located, spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was really professional and friendly. Should we come back to Barcelona or visit another town where rent4days operates we'll try again your service.
