It is divided into the following rooms and spaces: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, and a living room (sofa, table, 4 chairs and kitchen). Ideal for a couple, a young family or a group of friends.
The apartment is located in El Born, one of the trendiest areas of Barcelona, where many designer shops, bars with terraces and good restaurants can be found. It is also one of Barcelona's oldest neighbourhoods. Thanks to its privileged situation, you can reach all the areas of Barcelona from this apartment in a very short period of time: museums, shops or beaches. It is extremely well connected with every means of transport (underground, buses, taxis, tourist bus...). There is a public and supervised car park 10 minutes walk from the flat.
In the Borne, which is a part of the La Ribera quarter, you will find one of the most impressive buildings of the Catalan gothic architecture in Barcelona, the church of Santa Maria del Mar. Behind the church starts the Montcada street, with lots of old palaces, museums (like for instance the Picasso Museum, the Museum of Textile, etc.). The Palau de la Música, an extravagant mixture of sculpture, mosaic, glass and tile, is also located in the Borne area. Especially during the last year, the Borne Quarter has transformed into a modern and fashionable place, full of live during day and night with its stylish designer shops, its art galleries, its trendy bars and modern restaurants.

The apartment is situated in on of the best area in Bcn city. Very closed to restaurants, pubs and tapas bars.
