The neighborhood has cafeterias, markets and design restaurants where one can taste the most typical in the Catalan and Spanish cuisine.
A few minutes from the apartment, the main city centers of tourist interest can be found: Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya, the Cathedral, Museo Picasso, Port.
Well connected by public transport: Meter, Buses, Tourist Bus in Plaza de Catalunya, Bus to the Olympic Villa and beaches of the city, etc.
There is an open public parking 24/24h 3 minutes walking from the apartment.
The Gothic Quarter is the historical centre and the oldest part of the city of Barcelona. It is considered the centre of the political and institutional representation. Some of the most interesting places of this neighborhood of Barcelona are: the Cathedral, the Church of Santa Maria del Pi and the squares (the Plaza del Rei, the plaza Real,the plaza del Pi and La Plaza Sant Jaume with the City hall of Barcelona and the Government of Catalunya). The Gothic Quarter is going down from Plaça Catalunya to the Ramblas, the famous 2 km boulevard ending at the harbour of Barcelona. The Gothic Quarter can be distinguished by its narrow streets and squares full of stores, street-cafés, terraces, bars and restaurants.

En nuestra estancia de 4 semanas con un niño pequeño de un año, el servicio y las instalaciones del apartamentos fueron muy satisfactorios.
Nos hubiera gustado contar con WiFi.
En general nuestra experiencia con RENT4DAYS fue excelente, esperemos que se repita en un futuro viaje a Barcelona.
