This beautiful apartment is situated in Gracia, one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods of Barcelona, known for its many green plazas with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a long-standing tradition of festivities in August.
The metro station is only a two-minutes walk away and just two stops from Plaza Cataluñya. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and contains a large variety of boutiques, restaurants and bakeries. It is just five minutes walkingt from Paseo de Gracia, one of the most elegant shopping and business areas in Barcelona (all of the famous international brands have their boutiques located near the apartment).
