Paseo de Gracia is the upmarket shopping street of Barcelona where many luxury stores can be found, including: Cartier, Dolce & Gabana, Bulgari and Carolina Herrera. There are also a good variety of restaurants. Parallel to Paseo de Gracia another significant Barcelona street can be found: Rambla Catalunya, at the bottom of which is Las Ramblas, the ideal place to go out and have a drink in the evening. There is a metro station five minutes walk from the apartment (two stops from Plaza Catalunya and two stops from Tibidabo). There is also a chemist nearby and an excellent food market.
