The flat is easily accessible by subway (line 4 stations Poble Nou and Selva de Mar), just 5 minutes walk. It is located 10 minutes from Glorias (shopping center), 15 minutes to Diagonal Mar (commercial center with entertainment facilities) and 10 minutes to the Forum.

People under 24 years old are not allowed to rent the flat.

Muy bueno apartamento, practico, limpio, comfortable...los servicios e atencíon también 100%...la localización es que se quedo un poco legos del centro historico e de las otras atracciones, pero como tenia un metro cerca de 3 quadras no tuviemos grandes problemas de locomoción...solo tengo dos ressalva: el sinal de la internet era pequeña...e el secador de pelo que no había ningun.
