The youngs under 22 years, alone, are not allowed. Surrounded by boutiques, bars and restaurants, the apartment is located in one of the prestigious districts of Barcelona, very near the heart of the city and well communicated with tourist spots. Only 5 minutes by subway L6 (Sant Gervasi), L7 (Pl. Molina) and L3 (Fontana) to Paseo de Gracia where one can contemplate on the modernism buildings of Antonio Gaudi, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló; 10 minutes to Plaza Catalunya, the Cathedral and las Ramblas. Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell, likewse of Gaudi is 20 minutes by bus and F.C. Barcelona stadium only half an hour away.
