criticize was the mattress, it was dreadful.

Housing conditions were very good location also. Surely, the future will call your service again. Perhaps it would be in each apartment to have a map (or more) with underground lines, buses and the places to be visited in particular.

If you can sleep anywhere then this ticks every box.
I wish the apartment had a proper welcome pack of things to do and see and easiest ways to get there.

It has a fantastic view as well. The location is very central as it's close to Plaza Catalunya so you can walk to the Barri Gotic and in the other direction to the Eixample. Easy to get cabs from there and lots of cafes nearby. The only thing that could be improved is the bed—it was ok, but could be more comfortable. But overall, we had a great experience!

L'appartement est trés bien situé à proximité des transports en commun.
Il manque juste un lit double à la place des lits simples et des chaises longues sur la terrasse :)

Good staff attitudes, operatino resheyut all tasks associated with any inconvenience (breakage soul - fixed the same day). I would recommend to all my friends and acquaintances in Russia.

I needed a flat in Barcelona immediately. I booked it and in one hour I was in the flat! The flat is located near Barcelona Sants Station. The furniture and appliances were all brand new. I would recommend this flat to anyone who is willing to have a wonderful time in Barcelona.

Some SMALL improvements would be:-
To have some way to use the DVD player (you can only use it if you unplug the TV - there is only one power socket).
The washing machine works well - but there is no line outside the window to hang clothes to dry - it is missing.
The Gas cooker needs a spark to light the flame - but there is none in the flat. We had to go out late and buy one on the first night.
But mostly everything is very good - and we would stay again thank you.

The appartement looks in fact even better than on the pictures and is really vast(70 m2). It is very calm and comfortable and all the furnitures (including the bed)are new or very recent, of quality and choosen with a lot of taste(felt like in Brooklyn or Tribeca). I definitively recommend it for a couple.

Loads of space in a great location. A must for any appreciator of Art Nouveau. Not suitable for small curious children. A bit of a clean up of the terrace outside with table and chairs and more facilities for cooking and washing inside would make it even more attractive. Would definitely stay here again and introduce other art and architecture lovers to it. Very efficient service by Christian of the agency. Thank you. Rebecca.
