two things:
1) there should be more than one towel per bedroom. At least two would be much better.

2) No internet. We did not realize this when choosing this apartment and would definitely not have chosen this apartment with no wi-fi. When finding this apartment we made it clear we were there for business so it would have been excellent customer service to make us aware of this and suggest another apartment. We ended up spending $100s in data on our phones making the stay very expensive for us :(

other than that, the apartment was great. thank you.

The flat is on the 6th floor but there is a lift. Being high up reduces noise and helps to keep it well ventilated. It was lovely to have a balcony to sit out on. Elizabeth was very helpful.

Nice location, big, well-arranged, good furniture, spacious kitchen and bathroom. The water heater was not working but it was replaced as soon as we notified about it. this would be the best apartment I've ever stayed abroad.

Excellent stay. Flat was absolutely lovely, had everything we needed, with excellent location. So much nicer than staying in a hotel! Bedroom was nicer than it looks in the picture! There was no picture of the terrace but it was also perfect.
The stuff was particularly helpful as they let us check in earlier and check out later which made such a difference. Shower doors need to be fixed! Otherwise 5 out of 5 stay.

Beautiful apartment with a great location.The only negative would be the pressure on checking out of the apartment when there is nobody due to check-in for another couple of days.friends of ours who booked with other companies were allowed check-out of their apartments at a time of their choice which can be very beneficial if you have late flight home. The service when booking and paying for the apartment was excellent and i would have no hesitation in recommnending rent4days
