Description
A lovely bright apartment situated in the heart of the delightful Gracia area just in front of the gardens and attractions of the new Lesseps Square. This flat, which has large windows overlooking Plaza Lesseps. Internet (OPTICAL FIBER). Can accommodate up to four people.
It is spacious and welcoming with a comfortable lounge area. It contains:

- Kitchen.
- Fully equipped bathroom.
There are wooden floors throughout. The apartment has wonderful views of Tibidabo, Putxet, Collserola Tower and its surrounding gardens. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Gaudi’s Park Guell and Putxet Park. It is also close to one of the most prestigious libraries in Barcelona. It is located in an area with excellent public transport connections, which will take you easily to all areas of Barcelona, including the airport.
Plaza Catalunya is 10 minutes away by bus or metro. There is a public parking just opposite the flat. You will also find many restaurants, bars and an Internet café close by. Very near to the IED(European Institute of Design). The Gracia district has always been a district of small industries and craftsmen, and even today it still has a village character. Like the City Centre of Barcelona, the Gràcia district can be recognised by its narrow streets and small squares, where you can drink your coffee in the morning, have lunch at noon, supper at night and later on a drink in one of the bars around them. There are a lot of restaurants which offer all type of food, from Catalan kitchen to the most exotic dishes. Also on the entertainment side, visitors will find their way, since the Gràcia district disposes of several theatres, cinemas (e.g. Verdi Cinema with movies in their original version), etc. The famous street festival Fiesta de Gràcia, celebrated between the second and the third week of the month of August, is one of the most well-known festivities in Barcelona, and goes on until late at night with live music, performances and dancing in almost every street.

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour. L'apartement est très bien situé et près d'une station de métro. L'apartement est très bien décoré et très fonctionnel. La salle à dîner et le salon offrent un très bel espace.
