Description
Spacious studio of 52 m² with:
- 1 double bed.
- a double sofa bed.
- open kitchen.
- bathroom with shower.
It is a very bright studio with three small balconies (with double glazed doors) overlooking the street. The space with the double bed has a wardrobe and a small changing corner and the wardrobe separates the other space with the double sofa bed, another sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. The open kitchen can be closed with a curtain.
Public parking very close (calle Marqués de Barberá).
The accommodation is situated in the heart of the old quarter of Barcelona, less than 5 minutes by walk from the Ramblas and the Gothic quarter and very close to the Gran Teatro del Liceu (Opera). From here you can walk to some of the most interesting places in Barcelona like the Born, the beaches, the Passeig de Gràcia with La Pedrera by Gaudí and the Plaza de Espanya with the trade fair centre (Fira de Barcelona). Very close, you will find the funicular station which leads you to the Montjuic mountain and to the cable car for the castle on the top of the mountain or you can go down from there to the port of Barcelona. The closest metro station is Liceu line L3 (less than 5 minutes walk).The street where the accommodation is situated connects with the Ramblas and has two names: the first part is called "de la Unió" and the second part "Marqués de Barberá".

The appartment was great: clean, safe, in the center of barcelona.
The owner was very nice. A perfect apartment for perfect holidays!

Geart location!!!!
Apart from that, We've lost 20$ with transactional web site having a problem (3 reservations - 2 of them having been reimbursed in full but my bank charged me 10$ per transaction with currency exchange). It would have been really nice to have a telephone and specially wi-fi access. Next time I travel anywhere in the world I will make sure appartment/hotel have wi-fi.
