Description
A spectacular loft duplex placed in the charming quarter of Gracia. Recently reformed with the latest trends in interior decoration. It is decorated with a contemporary and very modern design.
The apartment is divided into two floors:
- The first floor is decorated in the loft style, with a work wall and without dividing walls. Here you find: the lounge, the dining room, the kitchen, a bath and the laundry room. It is equipped with a double sofa bed, television, DVD, table, four chairs, a service toilet. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances of high quality (stove, vitrocerámic, microwave, dishwasher, icebox, freezer, etc).
- The top floor has a warm decoration, with parquet flooring. The suite, with it's respective spectacular bath equipped with a multijet shower, the dressing-room and a patio.
The apartment has a maximum capacity for four persons.
Gracia is one of the the most famous districts of Barcelona, with many restaurants, bars, sightseeing , etc. It is also highly accessible: 200 meters away you have the metro stations Verdaguer (lines L4 and L5) and Diagonal (lines L3 and L5). The station of the Railroads of the Generalitat is a ten-minute walk away. The apartment is at four minutes walking to Paseo de Gracia, one of the nicest central streets of Barcelona, and ten minutes from Sagrada Familia.
The Gracia district has always been a district of small industries and craftsmen, and even today it still has a village character. Like the City Center of Barcelona, the Gràcia district can be recognised by its narrow streets and small squares, where you can drink your coffee in the morning, have lunch at noon, supper at night and later on a drink in one of the bars around them. There are a lot of restaurants which offer all type of food, from Catalan kitchen to the most exotic dishes. Also on the entertainment side, visitors will find their way, since the Gràcia district disposes of several theatres, cinemas (e.g. Verdi Cinema with films in their original version), etc. The famous street festival Fiesta de Gràcia, celebrated between the second and the third week of the month of August, is one of the most well-known festivities in Barcelona, and goes on until late at night with live music, performances and dancing in almost every street.
