The station of the Railroads of the Generalitat is some ten minutes walk away. The apartment is 4 minutes walk to Paseo de Gracia, one of the nicest central streets of Barcelona and 10 minutes to Sagrada Familia.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 25% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
