There is also a fully equipped bathroom, a balcony, heater, air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and all that you need to have a comfortable stay.
The apartment is very well located in the centre of town, one block from the MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art), five-minutes walk from Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Universidad and twenty minutes from the beach. There are also many restaurants, art galleries and public car parks close by.

· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
