Located in a nice, quiet area close to Barcelona University, this 65m2 apartment is comfortable and spacious enough for six. There are two stylishly decorated bedrooms, both with single beds plus a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room, offering accommodation and privacy for your group! The building has recently been renovated and has a lift. The living room has a small balcony facing the square, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, washing machine and dishwasher. This lovely flat features TV, Hi-FI stereo, a DVD player, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer for your added convenience. There is a public and supervised car park ten minutes walk from the flat, which costs 15 to 20 euros a day.
