Totally renovated apartment located in the wonderful Eixample area, where you can find many of the city’s art nouveau buildings. The flat has three bedrooms, a complete bathroom, one bathroom with a shower, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, plus heating and air conditioning. It is a very sunny apartment, with windows facing onto the corner of Muntaner and Aragó Street. It can accommodate up to seven people. There is a cot available on request.
The apartment is located at the heart of Barcelona, where you will find many shops, restaurants and bars. It is ten-minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gràcia and the very famous Ramblas. Close by you have a metro stop and many bus options, including the Sightseeing Bus.

· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
