The total surface area is 85m2. The apartment is only 300 metres away from Barcelona's main train station (Sants), and within walking distance from La Fira (Barcelona's exhibition centre). The nearest metro station is Tarragona (Line 3) and Plaza España (Lines 1 and 3), both 300 metres from the apartment. It takes 15 minutes (3 stations) to arrive at Passeig de Gracia/Gran Via, and from there it is a five-minute walk to Las Ramblas. There are also several bus lines, but the underground is better to go downtown. The neighbourhood is located in a middle-class residential area. Both the area and the flat are very quiet at night and it is completely safe at all times to walk in the street or take public transport. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops are located near the flat. Parking is also available, although not included in the accommodation price.
