This bright apartment has been stylishly decorated. It has large windows and wooden floors throughout, creating a very relaxing and cozy ambiance. It can accommodate up to three people.

It is divided into the following spaces:

• Living room and dining area which leads out to a balcony and contains a sofa bed, TV and stereo system
• Double bedroom which has a separate dressing room and a foldaway bed
• Kitchen, which is very modern and fully equipped (two fridges with freezer compartments, a gas cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer, microwave and other kitchen appliances)

There is also a gas central heating installed. The apartment is based in on the border of Gracia and the Eixample area. There are four main metro stations(Diagonal, Paseo De Gracia, Joanic and Fontana) within five minutes walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is fifteen minutes away from Placa Cataluyna and two minutes away from the very beautiful designer-shoppers-paradise, Paseo de Gracia. The apartment is five minutes walking distance from many famous Gaudi Buildings, such as La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. There are also many parks in the area, such as Park Guell and Jardins La Sedetan. The Olympic Village and beach are 5 minutes away by metro. There are also many lively squares in the area. This apartment is ideal for anyone who enjoys being surrounded by beautiful architecture, designer shopping and the opportunity to experience true Catalan life with the fresh fruit markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants. There is a public and supervised parking ten minutes walking from the flat, which costs 15 to 20 euros a day.

The apartment is located in the Gràcia-district, which has always been a district of small industries and craftsmen, and even today it still has a village character. Like the City Centre of Barcelona, the Gràcia district can be recognised by its narrow streets and small squares, where you can drink your coffee in the morning, have lunch at noon, supper at night and later on a drink in one of the bars around them. There are a lot of restaurants which offer all type of food, from Catalan kitchen to the most exotic dishes. Also on the entertainment side, visitors will find their way, since the Gràcia district disposes of several theatres, cinemas (e.g. Verdi Cinema with films in their original version), etc. The famous street festival Fiesta de Gràcia, celebrated between the second and the third week of the month of August, is one of the most well-known festivities in Barcelona, and goes on until late at night with live music, performances and dancing in almost every street.
