The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests;
- it has 2 bedrooms (The principal bedroom with a double bed and a private bath, ensuite; the other bedroom has 2 single beds).
- 2 bathrooms.
- double sofa bed in the living/dining area.

The apartment is sunny and offers a view of the Port. It takes 10 minutes walk to the Barceloneta Beach.
Internet: Mi-fi.
It is located right behind Estacio França, your direct link to the airport by train. It is situated beside a metro/subway station for easy access to all parts of the city. Walking distance to the Barceloneta beaches, Borne and Gothic area within 100 meters where you can explore the exotic old quarters of the city, museums, shops, restaurants and bars. 10-15 minute stroll by the boardwalk to Las Ramblas.

Superlage; Neues Appartment 2 Jahre jung; modern eingerichtet; Ideal für 4 Personen; Übergabe und Check out wie besprochen; Fenster nicht Schalldicht aber geht in Ordnung - direkte Strassenlage- ; optimale Anbindung an U-Bahn und Bussystem; Strand in 5-10 Fussminuten erreichbar; kleiner Laden im Haus (etwas teurer), 1 Bad/WC klein aber absolut funktional (Waschtisch nicht optimal abgedichtet aber wird sicherlich korrigiert werden); 2 Bad/WC ausreichend gross
Fazit: Tolles Apartment - aber nicht ganz billig.
Anmerkung: Leider waren nicht alle Vormieter ordentlich mit dem Apartment umgegangen (Flecken Stuhlstoff, Kratzer Laminat, Flecken an der Wand - alles nicht schlimm fällt halt auf); Kein German TV
