This 60m2 original apartment located in the heart of Barcelona was completely refurbished in January 2010. Located in a newly-rebuilt pedestrian street.

It is divided in the following spaces and areas:

• Living area, that has a chaise-longue-style double sofa bed and is equipped with TV, DVD and HI-FI system
• Dining room, with a modern set of furniture and original paintings, constitutes a very pleasant corner
• Fully equipped kitchen(washing machine, coffee, air conditioning, microwave)
• Fully equipped bathroom
• The bedroom is very spacious and calm, due to its interior location within the apartment.

The Raval district is full of innovative shops, trendy bars and stylised restaurants where it is possible to taste all kinds of cuisines at very reasonable prices. Five minutes walking from the apartment you will find Las Ramblas, Catalunya Square, the Barri Gotic (Gothic District), the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and the harbour. An excellent public transport network also surrounds the apartment (underground, bus, taxis and the Sightseeing Bus). Three minutes walking from the apartment there is a public supervised parking 24h/7. It costs 15-20 Euros a day.

Walking down the Ramblas from Plaça Catalunya, the Raval is the quarter on the right side. The Raval (alternatively known as the Chinese Quarter) has been the Bohemian quarter of the city, because it was the quarter of the artists, intellectuals, and until today it maintains a Bohemian air. Nowadays it is the most multicultural and exotic quarter of Barcelona, with stores offering food from all over the world, modern bars, restaurants and cultural centres. The Raval also houses the MACBA museum (Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (The Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona). Also located in the Raval is the Liceu Opera House, which has been reconstructed after the fire in 1994 and has preserved a great part of its magnificent interior. Since its reopening, the Liceu has diversified its programme to include several concerts and recitals.
