There are two terraces, one facing the impressive Paseo de Sant Joan, and a second overlooking a pleasant green area. This apartment is located in the Eixample just five minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, the masterpiece of architect Antoni Gaudi. Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas are all within easy walking distance of the flat. There are also good public transport connections nearby – metro, bus or the sightseeing bus – and a public car park.
