Thanks to its privileged situation, you can reach all the areas of Barcelona from this apartment in a very short period of time: museums, shops or beaches. It is extremely well connected with every means of transport (underground, buses, taxis, tourist bus...). There is a public and supervised car park 10 minutes walk from the flat.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 34,8% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
