Sunny and bright apartment located in the Barceloneta neighborhood.
This new apartment is perfect for those wishing to enjoy Barcelona, its beaches and the sea (Barceloneta is the old fishermen’s quarter). Ten minutes walking from the apartment you have the famous Ramblas, the beautiful Gothic Quarter, and the fashionable Born area.
There are many bars and restaurants in the area where you can sample some delicious tapas. You have excellent transport possibilities with the metro, buses and the tourist bus stop all very near. There are also many parkings at various rates close by. Barceloneta is the traditional sailors and fishermen quarter, and the smallest of the 4 quarters of Ciutat Vella. In the narrow streets of Barceloneta it is nowadays still possible to find the typical restaurants and bars from earlier times, where some excellent fish and seafood is being served. With the Olympic Games in 1992, Barcelona opened to the sea and completely renovated its beaches, creating even new areas, such as the Vila Olímpica and Diagonal Mar.

The apartment was really value for money. It was closer to the beach, was crowded but then we did expect it.

it was again a wonderful stay in your flat.The only thing we have to
criticize was the mattress, it was dreadful.

Apartments are very good quality, bright and comfortable studio. Apartments are very convenient location relative to the beach for 2-3 minutes, and the city center. Thank staff (manager Paul)
Good staff attitudes, operatino resheyut all tasks associated with any inconvenience (breakage soul - fixed the same day). I would recommend to all my friends and acquaintances in Russia.
