You can book an apartment directly through our web page or by calling the number above.
Through our web page you will be able to choose the apartment that you prefer and make your own reservation. When booking, depending on the apartment, you will be charged between 20%-35,4% of the price of the accommodation on your credit card. We do require a deposit to hold your reservation. When the payment of this charge has been confirmed, our web page will generate a reservation number, which will be needed for any communication with Rent4days.
On certain occassions and depending on the season, the client can be asked to pay in advance between 50% up to the total cost of the apartament rental.
After booking, you will receive confirmation by email containing all of your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person who will meet you at the flat.This email is important as you will need for any communication with Rent4days.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial booking fee for all reservations is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.
We advise you to take a travel insurance.
In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incidents, the conditions of cancellation shall be applicable as established above.
The obligatory cleaning fee refers to the cost of cleaning the apartment after your stay.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request with its corresponding fees.
Reservation modifications (changes in dates, number of persons or apartment) are possible subject to Rent4Days acceptance; a corresponding cost of 20€ is applicable.
In case of changes in the number of days: with fewer days, the remaining balance stays the same; as understood to be as compensation to the owner for breach of contract. With more days, you pay the required additional sum on arrival.
If Rent4days cannot, for various reasons, offer the apartment that has been reserved by the client, Rent4days has the right to place him in an alternative apartment with similar characteristics, provided that other alternatives are available and depending on the season.
If no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorized to cancel the contract. In this case Rent4days will refund to the client all the money paid, except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if this were the case.
Neither Rent4days or the owner of the apartment will be responsible for damages caused during your stay, including (without limitation): damage to persons or their possessions, lost by fire, theft or criminal behavior.
All information and resources regarding the accommodations are provided by the accommodation owner. Although Rent4days makes the best effort to verify and update the information shown on the website www.rent4days.com, Rent4days does not take responsibility for its content. Rent4days reserves the right to update the information posted on the website at any time, including without limitation: Rates, descriptions and photographs.
Moreover, the company that furnishes sometimes internet conexion is not responsible of the non working and it is not obligated to resolve the internet problem
Check-in time is from 3pm onwards. Rent4Days charges an extra 30 euros for check-ins on Sundays or bank holidays and late check-ins (after 10pm).
For arrivals after 1am, the late check-in fee is 50 euros.
It is extremely important that we have an updated arrival time . As soon as you are ready to leave the airport or 1 hour before the time of arrival to the apartment call your contact person. Not having this information may result in you having to wait for your contact person and a delayed check-in. Our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time.
The apartment will be ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team will prepare the flat and leave 1 set of fresh towels per person (one hand towel and one large towel), 1 set of sheets for each bed. There will be no change of linens or towels during your stay.
Our quality department will check with you that the state of the flat is completely satisfactory; after this you will be asked to fill in an questionnaire in which you will be asked to value the apartment, the cleanliness and the equipment.
In case you disagree or find any deficiency you should report this within 24 hours of your arrival . After this period we do not accept any kind of complaints about the flat.
You will get an explanation of how to handle all the apartments’ equipment an besides of that you will also have to sign a short term rental contract and pay the remaining balance in cash.
We will also require a security deposit payment in case any loss or damage occurred in the apartment during your stay. Depending on the apartment and duration of your stay the deposit varies between 150 and 800 Euros. If no damage or less occurred, the full amount will be refunded. In case of lost keys we require a refund sum of 70€

We have an emergency number you can contact at any time. This number is specified in the contract.
On the day of departure our staff will check the state of the flat and veriifying that everything is in order refund the security deposit.
The apartment is cleaned after your stay and prepared for the incoming client. On the day of departure, the client is required to leave the apartment in a reasonable state. Take the garbage out the night before and clean the dishes.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Internet: In very few instances routers supplied in the apartments may not be compatible with your equipment for which rent4days cannot be held responsible.
Parties and sleep over guests are absolutely prohibited. Please note that the parties are strictly prohibited, and disturbing the neighbors by loud music or noise.If any of the people staying in the apartment is behaving inappropriately or irresponsibly, Rent4days is authorized to request the client and his companions to immediately vacate the apartment. If this occurs, the customer has no right to ask for the return of the security deposit or any part of the prepaid rent. You should also keep in mind that when renting a property through Rent4days you accept the terms and conditions herein, and are expected to comply at all times. The person signing the contract is responsible for correct and decent behavior of all persons accompanying him.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
The latest check-out time is 11 am.
Each flat has a different rate, depending on its size, location and facilities. Rates are established in days, weeks or months, depending on the length of the stay and the number of occupants, and are always made in the best interests of the guests. These prices include the accommodation as well as any water, gas, electricity, clean sheets and towels used during the stay.
For medium term rentals (21 nights or more) the maximum cost of utilities included in the reservation is 150.00€. Bills in excess of this amount shall be paid by the client upon presentation of receipts.
As we, Rent4days S.L., are managing this apartment we must charge a service tax of 21% by Spanish law, on the deposit only. So, for a deposit of 100 euros we would charge an extra 21 euros tax, which would make it a total of 121 euros.
Please do not forget to bring the balance of your bill in CASH at the time of your check-in. Please note that we DO NOT accept check payments, neither for booking fees nor deposits.
The balance can also be paid by transfer payment the actual amount received must coincide with the amount due net of bank comissions and must be received prior to your arrival. All bank comissions will be shouldered by the client.
