The building, of style vintage, has an elevator and it is located in a calm street. Just in five minutes walking form the apartment is a famous quarter of the Born, with its famous monuments Cathedral of Mar, the Market of Santa Caterina, the Palau of the Music and the Gothic Quarter.
Plaza Catalunya as well as an Olympic Port and the beach are only in ten minutes walking. There are bus, metro stations, train and tram only a few minutes walking.
