The apartment, decorated with a blend of modern and classical styles, is found on the first floor of a renovated building dating from the beginning of the last century.

The apartment contains:

The apartment is on Diputació Street, a safe, quiet street with many restaurants, supermarkets and banks nearby. It is located between two of Barcelona’s main attractions, ten minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya and Plaza España. Public transport connections in the area are also excellent. This apartment is ideal for groups or a large family.

In the most residential part of the city, well-known as the Eixample, the Urgell apartment is a great option for any person who visits Barcelona. This area was born in the XIX century, moment of maximum splendor of the Modernism in which Antoni Gaudi is considered one of his leads. We are near some of the most pleasant streets of Barcelona. Between its characteristics it is possible to emphasize its calm atmosphere, because there are many coffees, bars and restaurants. The residential area known as Eixample refers to the area just above Ciutat Vella, which comprises of La Rambla, El Born, Barri Gotic, etc; but above Plaza Catalunya close to Plaza Espanya and the Gran Via, one of the luxuriest streets of the city. The guest can walk calmly to the center (it takes 10-15 minutes) or if he prefers, he can use the numerous alternatives of public transport (bus lines or the undeground). The area of the Eixample is wonderful, located in the heart of Barcelona but simultaneously separated from all the noise and the uproar of the tourist crowds.
