Modern building designed for the Olympic Games in 1992, ideal for 4 persons.
The apartment has:
- one double room with a built-in wardrobe.
- living room and dining room with a sofa bed “Italian type” for two people (equipped with TV and DVD).
- Kitchen entirely equipped, with a small table for breakfast.
Air conditioning in the living room, and electric radiators in every room. Big bay-windows in the living room, from ground to roof, very luminous, protected by aluminium blinds on the inside.
Five minutes walk away from the Vila Olímpica’s beach, 8 minutes from the leisure center of the Puerto Olímpico. Located in a house block with interior gardened patio , connected with the street in 6 points. The whole block was built to host the referee and judges from the Olympic Games of 1992.
Close subway stations of the Linea 4 (yellow) are Bogatell (4 minutes) and Ciutadella-Vila Olímpica (10 minutes). The mall and supermarkets (center of the Vila) 3 minutes away.
