This year’s Klubber´s Day comes greener than ever, betting on the ecology and sustainability and a commitment to strong collaboration with the maintenance of the environment. To do so, has created an area called Klubbers’ Green, which has introduced a ground capable of generating power to supply, among other things, the DJ booth. Another way to collaborate with the environment has been using only recycled materials to create this site, including bars, which are designed to minimize energy consumption. This initiative aims on one hand, feasible solution, achieving sustainability in the entertainment industry and on the other, raising awareness among people about the importance of caring for nature and sustainable growth. Thus, the organizers have created magnificent and admirable Decalogue: each payed ticket will mean that a tree would be planted, and an environmentally friendly public transport  will be promoted, all flyers are recycled paper, waste will be recycled, saving energy by lighting with LED’s; minimized plastics consumption, optimizing the consumption of water and electricity, etc.

 

For the Klubbers’ Day this year, you will find over 100 bands and national and international famous DJs such as, Armin Van Buuren, Erick Morillo, Faithless, Brian Cross, Oscar Murelo, Henry Saiz, Umek, Sven Väth, Dubfire Paul Ritch, Adam Beyer, Egbert and Ilario Alicante, among others.

This year, besides music, cultural activities will be held as an exhibition dedicated to 20th anniversary of the fall of  Berlin´s  Wall, a meeting point for friends and journalists, various performances, live acts and performances by cultural groups pointers Madrid underground scene. Moreover, thanks to the success in previous editions, the festival is extended 24 hours, from two to three days of frantic music and fun.
