January’s award went to :   Sagrada Familia Soleado   apartment. This fully equiped rental offers a comfortable area of 71 sqm, which makes it the best option for a group of friends or families of up to 5 people. 3 bedrooms : one with a double bed , another one with 2 single beds  and the last one with one single bed, afford comfortable sleeping possibilities. The modern kitchen and the  bathroom provide all facilities and you will be amazed be its luxury which will make your stay delightful. The dining room is fully equiped : TV set, DVD player, internet access , with its comfortable sofas and its wonderful view of the Sagrada familia you will enjoy all the traditional and modern ways of relaxing after a busy day. Initial cleaning is also provided, so you do not have to worry about anything and can spare your time relaxing and fully enjoying all the comfort this apartment offers .

This apartment is located in the  famous Sagrada Familia district , the touristic centre of Barcelona.  In this district, you can enjoy the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, the unfinished work of the great architect Antoni Gaudí, has become a pilgrimage for almost everyone who visits Barcelona.

The district of the Sagrada Familia, despite being a large touristic area, still has the charm of the old districts of Barcelona, with its small shops, traditional markets  and magnificent avenues.

The Sagrada Familia soleado is well connected : several bus and subway lines enable you to reach quickly and easily the main places of the city for instance the subway Line 4 (yellow), which leads to the Olympic Village with its beaches and its stunning new buildings constructed for the Olympics in 92, and Line 2 (purple) that leads to the Paseo de Gracia, one of the most beautiful avenue, where you can still enjoy the modern buildings of the early twentieth century, the work of architects such as Antoni Gaudí, Domènech i Muntaner i Puig i Cadafalch.
