Salamanca

There is no anyother dictrict that could be more select and elegant than Salamanca one’s.

Designed to measure, there does not exist company of luxury that is not represented in its commercial avenues.

149.264 inhabitants are distributed by 540,93 hectares of territory.

Salamanca district relies on 6 neighborhoods: Recoletos, Goya, Fuente del Berro, Guindalera, Lista and Castellana.

 

 

 

La Latina

Along the Paseo de Estremadura, from the same river Manzanares, up to the airport of Cuatro Vientos, reaching Alcorcón’s municipality; bridges, parks, barracks and  houses with old flavor and others of new foundation, they shape the silhouette of the most populous of the districts of the villa, with 257.431 souls and seven neighborhoods: Aluche, Los Cármenes, Las Äguilas, Puerta del  Ángel, Lucero, Cuatro Vientos and Campamento.

 

Retiro

The one that was previously a place of royal scattering and, nowadays  represents one of the mile of gold of Madrid, turns out to be, besides one of the districts with more history, one of the more exceptional places of cultural enrichment, thanks to probably, better art gallery of the world: The museum of the Meadow, and one of the most ancient  and complete Botanical Gardens. They are 126.058 the neighbors of the Cibeles and Neptuno, distributed by the neighborhoods of: Pacífico, Aldefas, Ibiza, Estrella, Niño Jesús and Jerónimos.
