A new airport express bus connects the Madrid downtown with the Barajas airport. The buses provide service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and have place for 88 passengers, providing modern luggage storage facilities and touristic information in Spanish and English, in audio or in written text.
The bus runs every 15-20 minutes during the day and after 11pm every 30-35 minutes. The bus stops are located in airport terminals T1, T2 and T4, and it make three stops in Madrid: O’Donnell at the junction with Doctor Esquerdo, Plaza de Cibeles and Atocha Renfe railway station (only during the day). After midnight the bus terminates at Plaza de Cibeles. The journey takes 40 minutes and costs 2€.
