Description
This cosy and quiet located apartment Alfama / São Miguel II is the neighbour apartment of Alfama / São Miguel I. The apartment is located on the top floor, penthouse, of a complete restored house from the 1720′s in the very heart of Alfama quarter. The apartment consists of an open space with a comfortable kitchen plus dining area and ‘relaxing’ area. There is also a classy bathroom with a big shower. The mezzanine above which allows for ample and comfortable sleeping. On the mezzanine you will find a bed with an comfortable mattress 1.60 x 2.00m (which in fact consists of two mattresses of 80cm with a mattress pad on the top- the matresses can be separated if you wish).
You get to the mezzanine by a mobile staircase/ladder. Should you prefer not to climb the ladder you can choose to sleep on the comfortable sofa bed on lower floor. In the living room window there is a small veranda which faces an old typical Alfama patio. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, whereas living- bedroom has fine polished wooden floors. The apartment has been completely restored in 2009.
When you leave the apartment you enter into Lisbon’s unique architecture beauty with small alleys, old houses and traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. The famous Alfama quarter not only starts in front of your door – you are in the middle of it!
Upon your arrival you will receive the apartment keys from Mrs. Madalena. Madalena is waiting for you at the apartment.

Appartement situé dans le plus beau quartier de Lisbonne, très récent et très bien aménagé. Nous avons passé des vacances géniales, ce logement est situé près des transports (fameux tramway pittoresque dans le coin, station de métro à 10 minutes et beaucoup de bus). Appartement situé au milieu des petites ruelles colorées, des restaurants de poissons grillés, des bars où l'on peut écouter du fado et boire de la ginja. L'alfama est le quartier idéal pour passer des vacances et le reste de la ville est également à ne pas rater!
Apartment located in the most beautiful part of Lisbon, renovated and very well equipped. We have passed very good time, this accommodation is located close to public transport (famous yellow tram, subway station 10 minutes and many bus). Apartment located in the middle of colorful alleys, restaurants of grilled fish, bars where you can listen to fado and drink ginja. Alfama is the ideal area for holidays and the rest of the city is also not to be missed!
