Apartment located in one of the most historic streets of Lisbon, Rua Augusta is one of the most visited and active streets in Lisbon, closed to traffic, this street has all kinds of stores for all kinds of tastes.
In both ends of Rua Augusta there are two magnificent squares: Praça do Comercio and Praça do Rossio, which remain with all its architectural style of excellence.
The apartment contains a comfortable living room with TV, DVD and a dining table for six. Also, two comfortable rooms with a double bed and also two single beds.
The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled with a modern design and are equipped with all essential utensils.
Also, the apartment includes telephone, computer, WiFi Free Internet and Air Conditioning.
Lisbon is one of the European cities attracting the most tourists. The Lisbon coast is the coast of the capital city and its important suburbs. Boasting springtime temperatures during the winter, and cool summers freshened by a breeze blowing in from the Atlantic, Costa de Lisboa, on the southwestern coast, offers a rich and impressively integrated diversity.
To Cascais you can take the train at Cais do Sodré Train Station (you can walk from the apartment since it is just one subway station way) The trip is fantastic with the railway track going along the coast giving you a great view of the sea. Ideal for water sports like sailing, surfing and kitesurfing on the Cascais coast. You can also go for surfing on the Caparica beaches.
You can take the train on Rossio train station. In Sintra visit the Palácio da Pena or Quinta da Regaleira. Sintra is ideal for tracking or mountain biking. Alternatively take the subway and go to Parqiue das Nações (the new part of the city), in the summer you can take the train and go to the beach in Carcavelos.

The apartment is very spacious and the position is perfect. It is the ideal place to explore Lisbon from - close enough to all the action yet in the evenings Rua Augusta quietens down around 9pm so there is no noise disturbance despite the central location. A really great place to stay.
