The Walk of Combro apartment has two bedrooms, two with double beds, only one of the rooms has a closet. This apartment also has a bathroom with shower. A living room / dining room with a very modern decoration, plenty of brightness, giving access to the kitchen, fully equipped and modern.
Concerning the public transport this apartment is very well located. At the door it passes the famous 28 tram that makes a turn to Lisbon and its most emblematic sites. The Tram 28 has access to downtown in less than 3 minutes. The square of Camões in Chiado is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and if you go down to Baixa trough Chiado you will find all sorts of shops, restaurants and bars.

We had a great stay and have already suggested rent4days to two other friends. We will definitely use it again if ever we go back.

To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 35% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
