The building Chiado 69 is a mark of Rua do Carmo and Chiado since it was the architect Alvaro Siza Viera, winner of the Pritzker Prize in 1992, who designed it. Located next to the Santa Justa elevator, this building has a simplistic and modern architecture, a distinctive style in the works of Siza Viera.
