How to book?

You can book directly form our webpage, or by telephone calling us at this number: (+351) 21 887 41 28.

We will ask you to do the first payment of the reservation to confirm the booking, you will pay the rest at your arrival at the flat in cash or by credit card.


How to know if a flat will be available for the days I need?

You only have got to go to our homepage and enter the days of your stay and the number of persons, all the flats that will appear in the results are the flats available, the page will also calculate the total price of your stay. There you will be able to see a description of each flat, a map, etc…


How to know the total cost of a flat?

It is simple, you have got to go on our webpage and enter the dates of your stay (arrival, departure) and the number of persons who will come. Then the page will show all the flats available with the total price of the stay.


How can I make sure that my booking has been successfully recorded?

You will receive an email of confirmation at the email address you gave when booking. In this mail you will find the address of the flat, the price of the stay, the contact person, etc… If you don’t receive this mail call us.


Is the webpage totally secure?

Yes it is, our webpage uses a SSL code, when you will book you will best regards able to see the code https which means that the page is secured.


Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?

Here are our bank details

Please send the wire with the downpayement given by the webpage. Then do not forget to send us a fax of confirmation of the transfer (our fax number is written below). Do not forget to send us too the info asked be the page when you click on "book online" otherwise we won’t be able to finish the booking.

How will I get the keys?

In the email of confirmation you will find the telephone of our contact person, call him 1 hour before your arrival at the flat and he will wait you there. You will have to pay the balance and the caution to this person.


When is it possible to check-in?

Check-in time is from 3 pm.

We ask our clients to respect these times.

Rent4days charges:

- an extra 30 euros for late check-ins (after 10 pm) and check-ins on Sundays or bank holidays

- an extra 50 euros for check-ins after 1 am.


When do I have to leave the flat?

Check-out time is 11 am at the latest.


Is it possible to arrive earlier than 3 pm?

It is not possible to arrive earlier because our personnel needs time to clean the flat, change the towels, etc…


Can I leave my luggage somewhere?

Yes, you can leave your luggage in our office and we will keep them, from Monday until Friday between 9p.m.30 and 18p.m. (the week end it is not possible since our office is closed). Our address is Rua de São Filipe de Neri, nº60 - 2º andar, 1250-227 Lisboa.


How to know the address of the flat?

The address is written in the email of confirmation. If you want you can also look on our webpage, for each flat we have a map (the flat is represented by a blue point).


Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately pets or any other animals are not allowed in our apartments. Our apologies for this inconvenience.


What if I need a baby cot?

If you need a cot for your baby you have got to click on “cot “ when you do he reservation through the webpage.


How can I know what is the equipment of the flat?

The equipment of each flat appears in its description, go in all apartments and search the reference of the flat.


What if I need a taxi?

You can call this number: 218 111 100.


How can I do to go to the airport to the flat?

You can call either take a taxi or take the shuttle which goes from the airport to the centre of the city and then take the bus or metro.


Are there towels, bed sheets and settings to eat in the flats?

Yes, all our flats have clean towels, bed sheets and settings to eat. You do not have to bring anything.


How to find the exact address of a flat?

The address is written in the mail of confirmation. What is more you can locate each flat on our map, the flat is the blue point.

How to know if there are car parks near the flat?

Look on the map on the flat, click on “locate services”, then click on “public transport” at the bottom of the page and then click on refresh.
